Dr. Vidya Armogan
I have been at CSM for the past 12 years. I work in the background and only occasionally have the pleasure of meeting our amazing patients – you will not see me often except running up and down the stairs trying to make sure everyone has what they need in order to provide the best possible service and experience for our patients. I love working at CSM with the amazing team that we have – they make it a pleasure to come to work each day and I consider each one of them a part of my extended family.
I’ve been with CSM from the early days (just before the new Millennium) and have pretty well done everything! I love working here and can be found here most times of the day or night. I really love it when I am in public and the kids come running over to say ‘hi’ – although some of them are now big married men!!! I enjoy travelling and have been on conventions and a crusie with CSM. My latest passion is shooting and Dr.A and the team are rooting for me to hopefully put Barbados on the map at the next Olympics.
I’ve been with CSM since 2002 and have worn many hats – from Clinical Assistant to Front Desk to my current position as the Treatment Coordinator. That means that I am here to guide you through the initial process and ensure that your experience is seamless. I am also going to keep tabs on you throughout your treatment and am always available throughout your entire process. Whilst I absolutely love to travel and enjoy quality time with my husband, family and friends, I really love my role as the treatment co-ordinator as I get to meet lots of amazing people but I get very excited when I can educate you enough that you understand the importance of CSM in your future.
My name is Safiyya and I’m relatively new to the CSM Family. I’ve been brought on as Dr. A’s personal assistant, which usually means I’m either tucked away in my little nook or zipping behind Dr. Armogan, trying to steal a moment from his crazy schedule.
Although I’m new to the CSM Family, I was a patient of Dr. A’s since I was 9 years old. That’s almost 20 years ago! I can recall those humiliating photos and the gruelling impressions like it was yesterday! Whew…I suddenly feel really old! I also recall feeling slightly depressed once my braces were removed…I felt like I was saying goodbye to my family…no more visits to the office…no more of CSM’s friendly faces and Dr. A’s cheesy jokes. I can honestly say I never really felt like a patient here…I’ve always felt like part of the family… and guess what! I’m back!!!!
I am the numbers lady of the team and “Mom” to all of the girls – when I am not in front of my computer with my head full of figures or assisting with the daily running of the frontdesk and clinic generally I love to be outdoors (a beach bum). You will find me behind the wheel of my Suzuki Jimny bombing around our many country roads or chilling on one of our many beaches with a cool drink and a good book.
I am the newest member of the CSM team but felt right at home from the moment I walked in. I love working with our patients both kids and adults and look forward to seeing you in our clinic. I am a quiet person but you will find me Foreday morning enjoying the festivities with my friends.
I have been with the CSM family since 2006. I never thought I would be in a position like this but I absolutely love it. I try to be informative, efficient and always wish that you have a great experience. I enjoy time with my family and friends and having had braces and now having my own children, I really strive to ensure that your treatment and experience with CSM is the best. Dr. A is like a dad who is a friend but still a big kid so it is easy to come to work and give my best.
I am the littlest member of the CSM team but don’t let my size fool you, I am older than I look. I am excited to be on the CSM team and love my work – it is amazing to watch the transformations that take place with our patients as their treatments progress. When I am not working I love to go to the movies and hang out with my friends and cousins here. Holidays are time for me to head back to St. Vincent to spend some time with my parents and reunite with my friends there.
I’m one of the newer members of the CSM family and really love it here! I studied Assisting and Dental Hygiene in the US and enjoy the atmosphere and attention to detail at CSM. When I returned to Barbados, so many people told me that the only place I could work was at CSM and I am so happy that I was able to be here. I am a quiet person who enjoys romantic dinners and time with my family.
